Little Sally Walker
 Sung by Cedar Place children.
Little Sally Walker, sitting in the sun, Crying and weeping for a young man.
Sad Sally Walker, wipe away your tears, Choose to the east, and choose to the west, And choose to the very one that you love best.
Jack Mearns describes this as "a game where we sat in
a circle and 'Sally Walker' walked round the outside
of the circle 'crying' into a hankie which she dropped
behind someone who then had to chase her round
the circle. If she reached the chaser's place first, the
chaser then became 'Sally Walker.'" Opie's The Singing Game # 34, Brown Girl in the Ring.
