This is the 1967 book Why Was He Born So Beautiful and Other Rugby Songs by Harry Morgan with a preface by Michael Green.  The cover title was shortened to just Rugby Songs in 1973.  Below 1973 variant cover.  The contents are the same as the 1967 book.  There is a companion volumes titled More Rugby Songs issued in 1968.
