Subject: Morrigan Dates Kent, Surrey and London From: Sarah the flute Date: 03 Dec 15 - 05:07 PM Morrigan will be performing mostly Christmas repertoire at a number of venues over the next couple of weeks Sunday 6th - Rochester Dickens Festival castle stage and parade Monday 7th - lunchtime at Polesden Lacey Christmas Fair - evening main guest at Tonbridge Folk Club (Nellies) Friday 11th- Support for Martin Carthy at the GFMA Wassail Charlton, London Sunday 13th - Guests at Twick Folk Twickenham (Cabbage Patch) Full details on our website http://www.morrigansong.co.uk Hope a few catters in the region can look in! We did 4 singing spots of 30 - 45min and two parades - last one by candlelight. Fantastic day although we are all suffering sore feet now. Next up Polesden Lacey tomorrow lunchtime and Nellies Folk Club in the evening. |

We went down really well at Polesden Lacey drawing in a good crown and what can we say about Tonbridge. What a fantastic friendly club Nellies is and everyone joined in and even laughed at our jokes. The landlord was great and let us park out van in his own space. Next up supporting Martin Carthy at the GFMA Wassail in Charlton and then we are really looking forward to Christmas at Twick Folk again in the Cabbage Patch |
