Subject: BS: Mid.East security From: Keith A of Hertford Date: 25 Oct 14 - 09:10 AM This region is not threatened by Expansionist Islamists, not Zionists. See Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Libya, Egypt, ....... Egypt's leader said today they are locked in a battle for their very existence. They have lost thirty soldiers to the Islamists and in response have closed their border, not with Israel but with Gaza. Bds supporters please note. |

Subject: RE: BS: Mid.East security From: olddude Date: 25 Oct 14 - 04:07 PM I have never been a fan of half way war. Either we stay out of it or finish it quickly. Look at the bombing and they are still taking more ground. If the idea is another long protracted conflict then we are getting it. If the plan is to stop the agression then use the forces and stop it. Or simply let it be. We never learn |

Subject: RE: BS: Mid.East security From: olddude Date: 25 Oct 14 - 04:10 PM I am sick of burying my friends and neighbors kids for no acceptable reason other than political bantering because nothing changes for their people other than more misery and death |

Subject: RE: BS: Mid.East security From: Mrrzy Date: 25 Oct 14 - 06:11 PM "Finish it quickly" only works when you're fighting a localized set of people. Both the localized and the people have to be true. You can't finish spread-out pockets of individuals quickly, nor can you finish ignorance quickly. The second one, oddly enough, could be easier than the first. |

Subject: RE: BS: Mid.East security From: olddude Date: 25 Oct 14 - 06:21 PM I agree that is why we should leave it |

Subject: RE: BS: Mid.East security From: Keith A of Hertford Date: 26 Oct 14 - 04:20 AM Elections are being held today in Tunisia. Earlier, Islamists attempted to disrupt them with terror attacks. A policeman was shot dead. |
