Subject: Folk sessions around Northumberland From: GUEST,Jane of 'ull Date: 22 Oct 14 - 08:12 AM We are going to be staying in Hexham near Northumberland on Mon & Tues next week (27-28 October), does anyone know if there are any folk music sessions or related events/things around the area that we can explore? |

Subject: RE: Folk sessions around Northumberland From: GUEST Date: 26 Oct 14 - 06:16 PM The Ship Inn session Lower Newton by the Sea in north northumberland is on monday night but it is a fair drive from Hexham .The Cumberland in Byker Newcastle has most of the folk sessions( much nearer but still a drive).The Hexham Courant paper probably has a What's on section which may help |
