Subject: 'Musique Concrete' Arts Project

This is a project I've been asked to research by the museum I'm working with. If we find the right artist, we will be seeking arts funding for the project at some point in the not too distant future.
We're after an experienced sound engineer / producer / musician who would be interested in working with found sounds from within the museum (ie: old machines in motion, of which we have many) and maybe also from the museum grounds (ie: birdsong, wind in the trees, crowd chatter) and composing a musical collage or piece of 'Musique Concrete' from those found sounds.
Museum is in Essex, about an hour's commute from London.
Anyone got any pointers?
