Subject: Hull Reunion Day 5th April From: Steve Gardham Date: 11 Mar 14 - 10:58 AM This thread follows on from the Hull Folk Archive Thread and the event is being organised by the Steering Group for anyone involved in the Hull area folk scene then and now. Saturday 5th April. Daytime event at The Hull History Centre (Behind the New Theatre Bloc) 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. An open free event to meet old friends, bring your own memories and memorabilia, look at and help identify the memorabilia on display. (Parking Charge) Evening event: Ceilidh at The Endsleigh Mercy Centre Hall on Beverley High Road a couple of hundred yards on the left past the Cottingham Road lights. 7.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. Singing, playing and dancing to local bands. Bar available. Nominal charge to cover cost of hall. |
