Subject: BS: Canucks don't care about the environment From: gnu Date: 25 Nov 13 - 09:34 PM This just in on CBC news! Only 1% of Canucks use bicycles to commute! That is shameful! Just imagine if the survey from which this statistic was gleaned was done in February! We club seals too. And we boil lobsters. And we hunt. And we fish. And we drive weehicles and VEEhicles. Why? On accounta the country is too big ta take a bus ta club a seal ta eat and ta sell the pelt fer a new pair a shoes fer tha kids ta go ta school in the fall. Lobsters??? Seriously... the EU is pissed over lobsters? And seals? Fookin seals? Millions and millions of seals that eat the salmon they pay a dear price for? Why don't they stop eatin fish? Public moral concern by the EU? Fuck the EU. They ain't gonna feed the poor people in our outports and our northern communities who don't have a pot to piss in or a window to through it out of. Smug EU bastards. Vimy? Dieppe? Normandy? The Boot? And now they wage economic war against our poor? Fuck the EU! Seriously, fuck the EU and the white horse they road in on. Until they ban eating flesh of any kind... fuck the EU. |

Subject: RE: BS: Canucks don't care about the environment From: GUEST,Musket Date: 26 Nov 13 - 10:18 AM Gawd bless 'er Majesty's EU! See? The bishops a couple of hundred years ago knew what they were doing letting a German branch of royalty get the keys to Blighty! Any road up, from this side of the pond, you may claim to hug trees, chase bears round Winnipeg and have the best steakhouse in the world, (Banff, I recommend it,) but to us, you are still Americans, and all the stereotyping that entails. Just like I wear a top hat and monocle, or is it flat cap and a ferret down my trousers? I forget. You've got to work on your image. Swearing at bureaucrats in Brussels ain't going to get you nowhere. We don't, and we pay their wages... Now.. Tell me again about the lobster. I'll be flying into Calgary late March so plenty of time to fatten 'em up. |

Subject: RE: BS: Canucks don't care about the environment From: gnu Date: 26 Nov 13 - 02:24 PM Lobster in Calgary? Better fatten up yer wallet! BTW, it was them there Germanic types what said boilin Bugs is cruel so we ain't gonna let ya sell em here no more. I guess kickin their ass kinda chafed their privates. Hadn't really thought of that way. Acourse, bein keen on Euros in the land of wood, wind and water, a Herring Choker (= nb.ca fellah) has figgered on how ta build a riggin fer ta zap em with lectrickery so's they don't feel a thing. Honest. Not one Bug complained. BTBTW, if Beth don't use some kinda Royal Proclation ta let us sell seal meat in Jolly Old England, we'll stop playin Paul's tunes on tha radio. We'll do it. We Are Canucks, eh? |
