Subject: BS: Sassy 2 years on! From: GUEST,Frug Date: 30 Jul 13 - 07:12 AM Wow ...believe it or not it is 2 years to the day that Sassy had the accident that nearly claimed her life. A lot of life, love and tears have passed under the bridge since then. Life has changed a lot but Sas has made substantial progress and is still improving. Even given that we have always been a close family, that incident has brought us together like never before. Its just like we are afraid to let each other out of sight .... in a good way that is !! |

I remember that day so well it had been exactly one month since I had lost my husband and I was feeling very low after everyone had gone home. I had always had to be strong for him and felt like a rudderless boat. Finding the strength to stand with all the others who surrounded your family at that time was a great honour. |
