The P-Vine, however, is now the national vice president meaning that she is now officially in line to become the next national president which means... ...she is a nut... Okay, they are all nuts... But seriously, it was a good one... Michale Dirr was the Saturday night speaker and every true gardener know who he is... After the convention we drove up to Henderson, NC from Athens, Ga. where the convention was held, and checked out his 700 acres od paradise in the mountains where his wife grew up on this wonderful mountain farm... Well, other than the poor P-Vine getting sucked in, I kept low and had a good time... B~ |

I have azaleas and like 'em okay, but it's sort of a pain in the ass to have to shave all that fuzz off the leaves before ya throw 'em in the cookpot. I'd rather have a mess of collards. |
