I have photographed on my IPad sheet music which has more than two pages. Reading off the IPad, portrait mode, when playing, a simple flick of the finger changes the picture/ page and is so much easier than manually turning the page or photocopying and sticking the pages together in a long row. The IPad display is only 6 inches (15 cms) but I can read it OK. One other method is to photograph the score in landscape mode, half page, to make the result more legible.
