Here in the USA the Republican majority in the House of Representatives refuses to raise taxes on the super-rich OR cuts to the obscenely bloated defense budget, but insist on cuts to welfare, Medicare and Social Security. It saddens me that Ireland's goverment appears to have swallowed the neoliberal EU bait hook, line, and sinker, regardless of the will of the people. |

Yesterday (Sat. 8th. Dec.'12) Fitzpatrick Financial Solutions (FFS) announced, with their clients permission, that they have gone out of their way in assisting their client to "Purposely Pick a Fight with Phil Hogan & Co.", on nothing more than a point of principle. The point being, that Phil Hogan & Co. are nothing more than criminal racketeers, and the principle being, they have had enough of Hogan and his ilk, and are now prepared to do legal battle with Hogan & Co. in the High Court, or the Supreme Court and if necessary the European Courts. Attendees at the one day conference held in Moate were stunned, as they sat and witnessed a Power-point presentation that revealed the blow-by-blow account of the "TWO-letter-ONE-Summons" process that will have Philo and Co. answer questions in front of a Judge in the High Court early in the new year. Phil Hogan is named alongside eight other Defendants that stand accused of conspiracy, coercion, wilful breaches of duty, human rights violations, unconstitutional acts, and a whole host of other charges. Phil Hogan and company may not like it, but as previously explained, Phil had been given ample opportunity to answer questions previously asked of him, instead he has chosen to bury his head in the sand, hoping the plebs would go away. It seems that "the plebs" want to talk to him, in the formal setting of the High Court. This should make for a very interesting 2013. Finally it was iterated at the presentation, that if you do find yourself in front of a Judge for "Non-Declaration" or "Non-Payment" then all you need do, is reference that; it might be Lawfully and or Constitutionally Unsound or Unsafe for the Court to proceed, until this matter and case with Phil Hogan & Co. has been concluded in the High Court. In other words NOBODY on the Island could be safely prosecuted for "Non-Declaration" or "Non-Payment" until this case is settled. |

Wherein these "simple debt contracts" which may be used as the basis for the creation of instruments, as defined by the "Bill of Exchange 1882". PHIL HOGAN and the herein named Defendants are using fear and ambiguity, which seems to be the order of the day for the current Government and the State. It is NOT MANDATORY to fill in the Household Charge Bureau form as prescribed by "the Act", and certainly there is absolutely NO PRESCRIBED requirement, be it obligatory or not, to give the Household Charge Bureau any level or depth of information that they infer is required by their "HOUSEHOLD CHARGE DECLARATION / NEW ACCOUNT REGISTRATION FORM (HC12N)". Ref Exhibit 03. 8. PHIL HOGAN and the herein named Defendants have NOT provided any "Testamentary Evidence" in support of their claim. The Household Charge Bureau in and of itself, is nothing more than a front for an illegal and highly organised criminal gang. Subject: RE: BS: Gutless Irish Government From: ollaimh Date: 20 Dec 12 - 11:27 PM there are socialist and then there are socialists. i used to be a die hard supporter of the canadian social democratic party the ndp(new democratic party). they tested my faith several times but when i was in britsh columbia. and the ndp came to power they cut the welfare payments by fifty bucks a month. while giving all the members of the legislature a fifty per cent raise. double to total saved by the fifty dollar drop for welfare recipients. they did a few other things that disgusted me but that was it for me. i vote liberal or green and work for liberal or green candidates now. the scicial democratic movement has lost its way. |
