Subject: RE: BS: Crazy weather .. From: Lizzie Cornish 1 Date: 01 Nov 12 - 01:52 PM I went up to Babbacombe earlier on, left here in Sunshine, a slight breeze and blue Blue Sky..I got up there (about 10 minutes on the bus)and stepped out into sleet, hail, horrendous wind, bitter bitter cold and almost darkness at 3 o'clock in the afternoon.... 30 minutes later I was back in Sunshine and blue BLUE sky, still up at Babbacombe this time, looking out over a millpond ocean to brilliant sunshine lighting up Exmouth whilst either side of her was in almost darkness.... |

Subject: RE: BS: Crazy weather .. From: Penny S. Date: 01 Nov 12 - 04:17 PM Would those be the sort of multiple quakes that suggest that one of your volcanoes is about to erupt? (I've just caught up with a BBC programme in which the presenter was lowered into an empty magma chamber on Iceland - awesome and then some.) Penny |
