Won't take 3 to 4 days unless you want to stay. I suspect, but don't know, that they are on a train route. But the Net will probably tell you. My choral group, in addition to having great fun doing wonderful music, at the Sorbonne, on the Swiss-French border, etc., also did some sightseeing. You could try Giverny--Monet's home, 80 km west of Paris. See the ponds, of water lily fame; Japanese bridge, etc. Delightful. If ancient history intrigues you, try the old Roman city of Trier (pun not intended). Lots of others--I can't recall where else we went. |
