Subject: Brown's Oul Dog Band From: Dennis the Elder Date: 14 Oct 12 - 10:20 AM Looking through my CDs I found one called Reel Road Tracks by Brown's Oul Dog Band. Inside the cover it is signed by the following Declan Barry (Bodhran), Bones Jean-Marie Angibaud (Fiddle) Paul Skehill (Box) Michael Fitzgerald (Guitar Vocals) Michael Lyons (Fiddle) Liam Ryan (Guitar) I have no idea where or when I got it. Can anyone assist me, I presume, maybe Dublin as sometimes I could not remember all I did whilst there? |

I have seen many good artists and bands on the few occasions I have visited Dublin, spending a mainly drunken week there in October 2004, maybe on temple bar or I do now remember seeing a good band in O'Donahues. I had a chat with some of the the members as me and Di were in their corner when they arrived. They had the instruments described and I believe one fiddle was played by a lady. Di had taken me for a surprise birthday trip to Dublin for my 60th, I introduced her to Guinness on day one at the brewery and our memories fade after that. |
