Dieter is a Budgie (Parakeet) who has numerous videos on Youtube...and his own Facebook page too. He's quite the character. Have a look at Dieter playing with stuffed Budgie toy....

By the way, his full name is Dieter von Boobentrippen, a fine German name that indicates noble blood. "Dieter" is pronounced "Deeter", not "Dye-et-er". It's short for Dietrich.
