Best line: hearing Martin Sheen say "Apocalypse, now?" http://blog.zap2it.com/frominsidethebox/2012/09/west-wing-cast-reunion-for-bridget-mary-mccormacks-michigan-supreme-court-race.html |

Subject: RE: BS: West Wing cast reunites, temporarily From: McGrath of Harlow Date: 20 Sep 12 - 05:11 PM Aah, the West Wing. Star Trek in the White House... I never saw it live, picked up a complete Box Set at a Church fete, and had a great time going trough all seven seasons. I look forward to doing it again some time - and that clip has sharpened my appetite to do that. The interesting thing is, it would be completeely impossibe to have anything equivalent with us here - cynicism about politicians is built deep into us, so the reverential attitude towards the person in charge would be absolutely impossible. It made it rather fun to suspend that for a spell. |
