Subject: Bush Bash Folk Club Sydney From: GUEST,warren fahey Date: 07 May 12 - 11:43 PM Bush Bash A weekly gathering for Australian bush songs, city ditties, outback verse, bush dance tunes, yarns and stories. Every Wednesday 8-10.30 at the historic Imperial Hotel, 252 Oxford Street, paddington, Sydney. Free. Hosted by warren Fahey and members of The Larrikins and the Australian Bush Orchestra. Musicians and singers welcome to join the sessions. Each week there will be a 'bar stool chat' with local historian, singer, poet etc, Commences 23rd May - then weekly. |
