Subject: Lyr Req: Highway Calisthenics From: GUEST,Ingrid Frances Stark Date: 27 Jun 07 - 03:35 AM Back in the 70's in the Chicago area, I remember hearing on the radio (WLS?) a strange poem/song called "Highway Calisthenics". The only part I can remember is the refrain: Brake, accelerator! Brake, Accelerator! Pound your fists upon the dashboard! Brake, accelerator! Brake, accelerator!..... Meant to be used while stuck in traffic. Anybody else remember this? Know where I can find the lyrics? Thanks, Ingrid |
