Back in the 70's in the Chicago area, I remember hearing on the radio (WLS?) a strange poem/song called "Highway Calisthenics". The only part I can remember is the refrain: Brake, accelerator! Brake, Accelerator! Pound your fists upon the dashboard! Brake, accelerator! Brake, accelerator!..... Meant to be used while stuck in traffic.

Anybody else remember this? Know where I can find the lyrics?

Not a song, but I found this apparently serious book called Commuter Calisthenics: An Exercise Program for Busy People's Travel Time.
