Splott Man...sorry I didn't let on last night - ha ha, Pat (Dame Pattie EPNS)and I are now the same age again! There is an open invitation for any who would like to stay at Merlin's Lair and party with the fair(OK - well more likely near grey now) Saxon and her Prince Charming. No rescue needed though, thanks chaps, this maiden has met her match! Truth is that I did get one of Mary Sinsull's birthday treats at the Getaway.....It has pride of place at work. Wonderful to meet up with you all at the Getaway again and sorry not to meet up with those who couldn't make it...we really hope to be back next year! Airport immigration & customs were not the sweetest...especially on our way home, so perhaps if they had insisted on sharing a bottle of fizzy it may have sweetened their attitude.
