Thats Right Folks!
You heard about it first here!

This year the Center for Fawkesian Pursuits Bonfire Society in Baltimore actually Linthicum Maryland USA is holding a gala celebration of the 5th.

It is the 400th annaversary of the deliverance from the gunpowder plot of 1605.

We plan to celebrate in all dimensions!
Music, drama, literature and even a seminar in Law....

All will finish up at our bonfire celebration with all the traditional aspects including burning torches, great food and beer...soft drinks veg etc........All are welcome.

We have outlined all for you on our extensive web page on the topic.
Stop in!

We are entirely non profit but we will work with anyone and it is possible to get donations here and there.

So we await the product of your immagination!

The electrician we have at school is one, G Fawkes. Yes, he is a descendant and I just hope I never see him with 60 barrels of gunpowder heading towards my classroom! Good luck with the celebrations. Guy Fawkes is reputed to be the only man who ever went into Parliament with honest intent!
