If all else fails, you could send an email to Sheila Miller (who runs the Cellar Upstairs folk club in London - I can find an email for her if you can't trace her with this info) because Tom is a regular at her club and I'm sure she'll have a phone number at least.

I remember Tom - what a lovely man! I lived in London for a year in the 70s and used to go to the folk clubs there. Tom lived quite near me, so he sometimes used to walk back with me part of the way from the Tube after a folk club night.

Glad to hear all is well with him.

Try here it has an email address which looks like the one Tom gave me to pass on to someone else a few years back. Not sure if it's still current but worth a try.
