I did not find the song you were loking for,
but did find this site...with an interesting
performance by Rosalie and a group of women
recorded in sept.l 2005, and supposedly
broadcast in march orf 2006 on idaho public t.v.

"I've Got a Home Out in Utah," co-written by Rosalie Sorrels and Bruce Phillips was not on Rosalie's first Folkways LP.

It was on her third LP, If I Could Be the Rain, on Folk-Legacy. It's available on CD from Folk-Legacy.

I think Rosalie was living in Salt Lake City at the time she recorded the song.

Went by the local good will a few weeks ago, and there was the album" If I could be the Rain" at the bottom of the pile beneath a a mountain of Montovani!\
