Subject: BS: Dog getting lesson crashes car From: Crane Driver Date: 29 Aug 06 - 06:24 AM Currently on AOL news - A woman in Hohhot, the capital of north China's Inner Mongolia region, crashed her car while giving her dog a driving lesson. No injuries were reported, although the vehicles involved were slightly damaged. The woman, identified only by her surname Li, "thought she would let the dog 'have a try' while she operated the accelerator and brake". They did not get far before crashing into an oncoming car. After all, my little car seat (not for safety, just for fun) had a steering wheel on it, complete with a horn in the middle of it which I was adept at honking. It was night, & dark out. We wound up in the ditch on the opposite side of the road. My father laughed the whole time. My mother screamed hysterically, not seeing the humor in the situation. There was no damage to the car. If there had been, since Daddy & Grandad owned an auto salvage, it wouldn't have been a problem, I guess. At least there was no one else on the street. And yes, Daddy drove a stock car in the Tulsa races back then, but not the car I steered. |

Some people don't even go there anymore.... Everyone with even a grain of intelligence knows dogs can't drive cars.... they'd never be able to use the mobile phone whilst trying to change gear. Mind you... I'd rather have a dog driving behind me than some of the complete tossers on the road these days.... LTS |

She was found to be working a lap-top computer AND ALSO talking on a cell-phone. She protested that she was driving as she usually did. A dog would have more sense. A Border Collie, anyway.
