Subject: Male Singer Wanted From: Trewissick Date: 03 Jul 06 - 06:01 PM Singer wanted. Youngish four/five-part unaccompanied harmony group based in Glasgow seeks bass or baritone. As well as traditional folky harmonies we also dabble in more exotic styles such as American shapenote, African chant, Eastern European and other world traditions. We are looking for a versatile, quick learner, willing to sing in different languages and styles and memorise some songs. Some reading ability would be an advantage but not essential. If you're in easy reach of Glasgow, willing to rehearse regularly and do some travelling to festivals etc, why not get in touch and see if it could be for you?
