Subject: Hampshire Voices - Gardiner centenary From: Saro Date: 24 Jun 06 - 04:54 AM On Tuesday June 27th about 120 people will be gathered to sing traditional songs collected in Hampshire (UK) by George Gardiner a hundered years ago (ish). Performances by Alton, Andover and Winchester community choirs, and by Steve Jordan, plus some instrumental versions of songs too! Conductors/arrangers for this project include Carolyn Robson and Sarah Morgan (of Craig Morgan Robson), Paul Sartin (Bellowhead and Faustus) and Freya and Anna Tabbush (The Tabbush Sisters) Where: The United Church, Jewry Street, Winchester.
