Tomorrow night (Monday 12th June) we have an excellent duo – GALLIARD (Dave and Gay Reay). Their material is a mixture of folk and blues and Dave's guitar playing is brilliant.

Waltham Abbey Folk Club meets every Monday at 8:30 p.m. at The Royal British Legion, Brooker Street, Waltham Abbey, Essex.

Singers, musicians, poets, storytellers and especially audience are given a warm welcome.

Come and have a rest from World Cup!

I think it's worth saying Gay's singing is excellent too.

Manners, dude.

Just off the M25
Is a folk club, that isn't a dive
If you can't find it
We really won't mind it
If to our one instead, you drive

Forget the World Cup for a day
Come with us for to sing and to play
So get off the sofa
And don't be a loafer
Come and listen to Dave and to Gay.

GALLIARD (Dave and Gay Reay).
