Subject: Kilfenora sexy jig? From: The Shambles Date: 24 Apr 03 - 02:15 PM Four Men and A Dog recorded two jigs under this one title. Both are great tunes and one was in A and one in D. Can anyone tell me the titles of either or both of these tunes? Does anyone else dislike the practice of not giving the titles of the individual tunes on CDs, but only a title for the set? |

I do know how to play the tunes but the CD I got them from was only a 'cheapo' compilation called Celic Spirit. Some fine music on it though. Glad to hear that the original CD does give the titles. It is alright playing them if you don't know their name(s), but out of all the tunes you may play that you will know the titles for, you can bet your life that someone will come up and ask you the name of the one that you don't. |
