Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: Murray MacLeod Date: 13 Nov 02 - 09:47 AM Beards and sox? I wear both, but my wife only takes care of one. Murray |

Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: GUEST,Fred Miller Date: 13 Nov 02 - 09:53 AM Asked my wife, she didn't mind the beard when I had one, but said she'd rather me take off my sox. |

Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: Kim C Date: 13 Nov 02 - 09:56 AM A beard or mustache, once grown in, is no hindrance. It's the in-between sandpaper phase that's uncomfortable. |

Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: Murray MacLeod Date: 13 Nov 02 - 09:58 AM Just realized Schantieman might be talking about beards and sax. I don't think a beard is a good idea for sax players, the hair might get in the reed .... Murray |
|
Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: Bee-dubya-ell Date: 13 Nov 02 - 09:59 AM You have a saxophone and you want to grow a beard? No problem. Beards and sax go pretty well together as long as the beard doesn't get so long that it gets tangled up in those little valve lifter thingies on the sax. Bruce |

Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: kendall Date: 13 Nov 02 - 10:02 AM I've had both. You will never get a firm answer, because some women like them, others don't. |

Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: allanwill Date: 13 Nov 02 - 10:16 AM No, he means beards and sUx. You know, like sucking up the food particles, that you have dribbled into your beard, for a late night snack. Allan |

Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: alanabit Date: 13 Nov 02 - 10:17 AM When I was younger, I never got laid until I had a beard. So I stuck with it for quite a while! |

Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: Dave Bryant Date: 13 Nov 02 - 10:55 AM Just to keep this thread PC, perhaps we should ask what do the fellows think about women with beards ? |

Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: Rustic Rebel Date: 13 Nov 02 - 05:05 PM I thought he meant being six years old and having a beard. I think children are maturing faster as our spiecies evolves,so having a beard at six is probably no big deal. Peace, Rustic |

Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: Willie-O Date: 14 Nov 02 - 08:43 AM My better half agrees with Kim C. And her definition of "sandpaper" is "any day I haven't shaved". Compared with trimming it every month or so. I'm keeping the beard. W-O |
|
Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: Pushkin Date: 14 Nov 02 - 08:45 AM I'm in agreement with Kim C. The initial growing stages are very painful but once the beard is fully grown it tends to get soft and non scratchy. |
|
Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: Schantieman Date: 14 Nov 02 - 10:24 AM Initial growing has never been the problem - it takes about a week to look and feel OK and it hardly ever itches. This is why I gave up shaving in the first place - twice a day if I needed to look respectable in the evening, with sensitive skin (let's hear it...aaaaah!). That and it's just not natural. What was the TV programme - years ago - in which one of the characters used to spell out S - E - ...and then draw an X in the air with his ?(her) finger instead of saying it? That was what my feeble attampt at satire was attempting (inaccurately and unsuccessfully) to emulate. Steve |

Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: Catherine Jayne Date: 14 Nov 02 - 10:32 AM My bloke has a beard and it is really soft...I like it..as for sex...thats good too!!! However he did trim the beard down a couple of months back and it felt like sandpaper...had to ration kisses as it made my lips sore but it's grown back now and I like it!!! Cat |

Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: GUEST,JTT Date: 14 Nov 02 - 10:42 AM How many sex idols have beards? How sexy do you think those men are? Think of the men women go to see in films; so they have beards? There you go, now, that's an honest answer - or a way for you to find one. |

Subject: RE: BS: Beards and s*x From: Schantieman Date: 14 Nov 02 - 02:13 PM Yes, Cats, I used to find this too. (in the days when it mattered!) Tell you what, though - you can get some interesting effects by stroking things with the beard, as long as its NOT scratchy! And yes, JTT, I know. But do I want to take up with the kind of woman who....? Slightly Grouchoesque! Now there's a moustache for you. Steve (in Liverpool, Harpgirl). |
