Well its Friday so here's a little teaser for anyone who wants to participate. The following are lines from songs that were performed by Planxty or one-time members of Planxty. This is the first part so it shouldn't stump too many of you.

1. For I am young and the world is wide.

2. I turn to face an empty space, where you used to lie.

3. Oh me love she is no foolish girl, her age it is two score

4. Gives strength to sing and dance, to love and fight

5. I'm goin' to ride through the night without a worry or a care

6. Are chasing shadows through the fields of barley

7. For twenty years I served them best I could

8. We danced at the bar ignoring their glances

9. And winter's frost has touched my heart and put a blight upon me

10. The priest was sprinkling prayers and holy water in the rain
