Subject: Silly Wizard(?) - The Salter Song(?) From: GUEST,Mark Fisher Date: 23 Apr 02 - 03:19 PM I'm trying to track down a song I recorded off the radio many years ago (at least ten) from the Thistle and Shamrock that I thought was a Silly Wizard song about a Salter (salt maker). It has a neat Cajun two step tempo and a cool line "I was blue-legged when I was born, b'god I'm that way still". I've searched for years but can find nothing. Any ideas? Mark Fisher Cumberland MD |
