I think he plays at a place called the Flying Saucer there. He is the most amazing act you're likely to see. I saw him down here in South Florida a while back at the Bamboo Room and it was somethin' worth talkin' about later, so I did a review here. Go see him if you can. Junior's Juke Joint(clickit) will take you to the bluesiest roadhouses down there. This is what Junior tells us is the major differences between a southern honky-tonk and Delta Juke Joint:
Check him out, he's got the best written blues site on the internet and you may find some places you can visit along the way. |
