don't buy darco strings, they suck, probably the worst acoustic string i've ever tried. this is a warning, if you value your money. BOB

I believe they're Martin strings, repackaged in Mexico and sold here for a couple of bucks less than Martins.

i believe you're right, martin acoustic bronze strings are great, theysound strong but in my style of playing i get about 4 or 5 days life span out of them. BOB

When I was a student in the early '70s I always used Darco strings. They boiled and boiled and came up bright time after time. Mind you, in those days I would use them until they broke or went rusty.
