This forum is absolutely the greatest and I wish all the Q's & A's could be put in a book. Far better and much more fun to read than any music encyclopedia! FYI, I am bi-polar and come from a long line of depressed folks. Rats to that, but I manage and it has always been songs like this that support me the greatest. It didn't help that Woody Guthrie's famous genetic disease, Huntington's, was/is in my family. The roll of the dice was kind to me and I escaped the gene. So, I have much to be thankful for. Judy here in Jackson, Tenn., drinking my coffee to get awake to take dog for walk! Thanks again! |
