I just tried to use ICQ to get into the &Mudcat chat room.. and ended up in a sex room (called &sex) with a crowd of very hormonally active students... hadn't been there more than 10 seconds when I got innundated with requests for my photo.......(haven't laughed so much in ages).. mind you they laughed too when I said this used to be a folk music chat room....... Have you officially closed the &Mudcat room Max.. or was it just a mix up with ICQ??. I asked what the number was... and it wasn't the same but it was the Mudcat link that got me there........ In case you don't want to go check it out for yourself, here is a sample of the conversations. Actually, it did not seem too sex oriented, at least not at the time I stopped in. I think there are ways to ban people you don't want there, but I don't know how that works.
