There are computer tricks I can do, and computer tricks I can't do (yet). I want to paste in previously typed lyrics to a thread, rather than have to type them on line. Copy and Paste does not work. What does do the trick?

Try - Control A, to highlight the text then Control C to copy the text. Then when your cursor is placed and clicked in the area you want the text to go, use Control V.

Hi Ewan, I just tried it: Marking the text, then copy (Ctrl c), then paste (Ctrl v) works... Daniel

AWSOME!!!!!

It Works On "HTTP://www" addresses also. There is little chance of mistyping a link.

Copy-and-paste also makes it easy to put in line breaks when you're posting lyrics. You type <br> once, and then you highlight and copy it (ctrl-c), and then paste it (ctrl-v) wherever you want it. Even better is to use "replace" to put the line breaks in your text while it's still in your word processor. Click here for more hints on HTML and posting messages.
