At Girl Scout camp, one of the songs we used to sing was called "Mandolin Man," i think. Part of it went something like: "and he said I want to see all that's pretty/ and he said I want to hear all that's nice/ so the people of the town, they came to him" I was just wondering if anyone knew the rest of the words, or where I might go to try to find them. all help would be appreciated. Thank you very much!!!

I think what you're looking for is by Donovan on a double LP called something like "A Gift From A Garden To A Child" &"Wear Your Love Like Heaven". I think that's how they were titled, not sure, & not sure which one of the Lps it was on. Barry

I think that Donovan album was "A Gift From a Flower to the Garden." I may be able to dig up the words if you have the right song in mind.
