Subject: RealAudio, Help? From: Ron Date: 06 Nov 97 - 12:03 AM I'm new at this and realize I'm may be hogging up the space--if so I apologize. The question is, Whenever I click on RealAudio to listen to Miss. Crossroads Radio Show, I get the error message "Unknown file type". I don't get it, I have Real Audio and it works on other sites. Help? (I should mention also that, I'm somewhat of a computer dummy, so speak slowly.) Thanks. |

Subject: RE: RealAudio, Help? From: Joe Offer Date: 06 Nov 97 - 12:18 AM Hi, Ron - I'm running RealPlayer 5.0, a new version that was released just recently - It's available for free. If you have RealAudio 3.0 or greater, you should be able to run the radio show. Mudcat has been quite slow recently, so you may find you have stop-and-start reception, especially if you try it at busy times like late evenings. Here are some others to try: Philadelphia Folk Music Room CKUA Canada Columbia Records Radio Hour I haven't tried all these lately, so I'm not sure they still work. -Joe- |
