Subject: Black and tans From: Benjamin Hollister Date: 10 Oct 97 - 10:19 PM A Big hello from the depths of time. I hope all is reasonably well in the forum, and that we are one big happy family as we should be!!! Now my question. Does anyone have a recording, .wav, .au, MIDI of "Come out you black and Tans"? I only need to hear the first verse and chorus to try and work out some chordy things and the actual tune. If anyone can help me please, please do so. Let me know through the forum and then I'll contact via email. My thanks in advance, Sla/n Benjamin |

Subject: RE: Black and tans From: Benjamin Hollister Date: 22 Oct 97 - 04:33 AM It's like lighting up a cigaette while waiting for a bus. As soon as you have it lit the bus comes up. Well as soon as I had posted this message (well the next day anyway!!) someone lent me a copy of the Wolfetones Live Alive-oh, so now I have it. I just have to try to get the tune down. now I know why I never seem able to remember it, it, at least to me, seems to have very odd tune. Thanks for the replies and Alison try Mike's chords, I'm sure they are better than anything I would ever do. bui/ochas Benjamin |
