The singers on this recording were members of the 553rd Reconnaissance Wing and the 388th Tactical Fighter Wing, stationed at Korat Royal Thai Air Force Base. Most of the songs were recorded at Irv Levine's One Hundredth Mission Party at the Officers' Open Mess on 5 February 1968. The rest were recorded at a session in J. }. Smith's room the following evening.
