The song book "The Downwinds" was given to Marty Heuer by LTC JCM, TC, USA (retired). JCM served with the 124^th Transportation Command at Cam Rahn Bay from Sep 1970 - Sep 1971. He says he probably found the song book in his desk when he got to VN. His Unit was 50 yards from the Navy's controller's compound.
