Toasts and Sentiments.

The Constitution of the United States -- Fairly construed, truly administered, and faithfully supported.

The General Government of the United States. -- Our sheet anchor.

The State Governments.

The Declaration of Independence. -- May it become the Political Gospel of our country.

Thomas Jefferson, President of the United States. The Fan is in his hand -- He shall thoroughly purge, Columbias Garner.

The 4th of March, 1801 -- The day of our political regeneration.

Periodical Elections -- Free, pure and frequent.

The People of the United States -- The grand inquest that found a true Bill against John Adams, their lat President.

The 15th of June 1800 -- The day on which the destroying Locusts disappeared -- The Obnoxious Alien Bill expired, and the Anglo-Federal Standing Army disbanded.

The Militia of the United Sates-- The best Soldiers because they have the most at stake. May they never trust the graves of their fathers, the chastity of their daughters, and the honour of their wives to the protection of a mercenary standing army.

The 3d of December A.D. 1900 and the star which rose brilliantly in the South on that day.

The year 1798 -- The reign of toryism, British Influence, Black cockades and Anglo-federal insolence, may it never return.

America and France -- As chaste Sisters may they guard each other against the intrigues and treachery of Princes.

Intrigue and Corruption -- to both perpetual imprisonment within the Courts of Princes.
